Evolved Frame is a creative content production studio specializing in photography, videography, UGC, and live event coverage for health and wellness brands. This website serves as a portfolio of our work and a way to contact us about potential projects. Engagements for production services are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) between Evolved Frame and the client, not by these Terms.
2. Use of the website
You may browse this Site for personal or business reference. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any data we hold.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including photography, video, written copy, design, logos, and trademarks — is owned by Evolved Frame or used with permission from the respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Client work displayed in our portfolio remains the property of our clients and Evolved Frame in accordance with the terms of our individual project agreements.
4. Project agreements
Any production engagement with Evolved Frame is subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, usage rights, and ownership. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer of services. A project begins only once both parties have agreed to the project-specific terms in writing.
5. Third-party links and content
Our Site may link to third-party websites or feature embedded content (such as videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo). We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
